The battleship playground at Sembawang Park

Singapore playgrounds for kids: the tallest slide, a battleship, water play, heritage icons and indoor play

Singapore’s playgrounds have come a long way from the void-deck slide. There’s a four-storey tower at East Coast Park, 26 slides in Admiralty Park, a battleship in Sembawang and three hectares of water play in Jurong. Most are free and many are open late. Here’s where to go by age and mood.
