What to do
01 · The Sweet Christmas Village and market
From 16 November to 31 December, Event Square becomes a candy-themed village with doughnut, gingerbread-house and lollipop photo spots, plus puzzles and activities for children. Christmas market booths open on Fridays to Sundays from 12pm to 8pm, until 20 December. Our tip: come on a Friday afternoon for the market without the weekend crowds.
02 · The weekend programme
Music groups play acoustic sets every Saturday at 12pm from 21 November to 19 December. Children under 12 can join the Piñata Smash every Sunday at 2pm, first come, first served, for prizes such as Wild Wild Wet passes and NTUC Club vouchers. Interactive bubble shows run every weekend in December until 20 December. Christmas carolling by UPlay communities runs on December weekends until 20 December, plus Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, at 6.30pm and 7.30pm.
03 · Wild Wild Wet’s Sweet Splash of Joy
From 1 November to 31 December, Wild Wild Wet has giant sweet-themed floats (gummy bears, macarons, doughnuts, popsicles) on Shiok River and the Tsunami Pool. Day passes in this period come with a free scoop of Lickers ice cream, from S$21 for a child off-peak pass. Children born in December get free entry to the waterpark during December (terms apply). Lickers is also opening a new outlet at Downtown East.
