Resorts World Sentosa’s Christmas programme, Season of Joy, runs from 27 November 2026 to 3 January 2027. The big draws need tickets: A Universal Christmas at Universal Studios Singapore and Glowcean Wonderland at Singapore Oceanarium. There’s a free layer at WEAVE too. Here’s which is which, and which nights have fireworks.

Universal Studios turns Hollywood Boulevard into Dazzling Dessert Studios, with a 10-metre Confectionery Christmas tree and Santa, Mrs Claus, Hello Kitty and Kuromi meet-and-greets.

Glowcean Wonderland gives the Oceanarium a Christmas trail, with Santa-suited divers in the Open Ocean tank every afternoon in December.

You don’t need a ticket for the resort’s wishing-ribbon installation, the eight-metre tree, or the carols and shows at WEAVE.

What to do

01 · A Universal Christmas: the dessert street, the new show and fireworks nights

Inside Universal Studios Singapore, Hollywood Boulevard becomes Dazzling Dessert Studios, a film set of oversized sweets around a 10-metre Confectionery Christmas tree. In New York, The North Pole Jingle Jam has concert-style sets and a new show, the Universal Jingle Jam, with Poppy from Trolls, Sesame Street characters and the Minions, plus snowfall moments. RWS lists fireworks on 4, 5, 11, 12, 16–18 and 20–25 December 2026 and 1–2 January 2027, with none on 19 December. If fireworks matter, pick one of those nights, because a normal day ticket doesn’t promise them.

02 · Glowcean Wonderland at Singapore Oceanarium

From 27 November to 3 January, the Oceanarium adds Christmas lights and ornaments in a marine-glow style and a stamp trail led by Manja the Manta Ray. Glass-neon sculptures by Singapore artist Megan Foo are on show daily from 10am to 8pm. Divers dressed as Santa’s helpers give an underwater Christmas presentation at 3.30pm daily throughout December. A Santa Dive Feeding follows at 4pm, except on Mondays and Fridays. The Manja mascots appear at 1.30pm and 3pm, all at Open Ocean. There are also two K-pop silent discos: K-pop Kraze on 4 December (8pm to 11pm) and K-ThxBye 2026! on 18 December (8.30pm to 11.30pm). Check what admission each needs before you book.

03 · The free part: WEAVE and the resort

Without any ticket, you can add a wish to Colours of our Wishes (seven ribbon colours, from Love to New Beginnings), see the eight-metre Christmas tree and the gift-box installation on Grand Avenue, and catch pop sets, weekend jazz, carols and balloon sculpting at WEAVE. Santa also does meet-and-greets at the Holiday Audio Lounge before Christmas. Times for all of these aren’t fixed in advance, so check the day’s schedule if one of them is the reason you’re going.

Before you go

• The standard 2-Park Pass gives priority entry, not Universal Express, and USS entry on it doesn’t allow re-entry. If you want a ride queue skip and reserved fireworks viewing, look at the Festive Perks version instead.
• Do the Oceanarium on an afternoon in December to catch the 3.30pm Santa dive, then walk over to WEAVE for the evening shows (our suggestion).
