Dates: 31 Oct 2026 · 10am to 9pm

195 Pearl’s Hill Terrace (195 PHT) is an arts cluster of small independent studios and shops on Pearl’s Hill above Chinatown. On Saturday 31 October 2026 its tenants run Pearl’s Hill Terrors, a Halloween block party across all three floors, with more than 20 studios open, a stamp rally through every level and mostly low-cost activities.

Why go?

It’s a rare day when almost every studio in one of Singapore’s most interesting creative buildings is open with something to try.

The stamp rally covers 20 stops across all three levels, so kids have a reason to explore the whole building, and 15 studios hand out treats.

There’s an unusual mix for adults too: bad-art jamming, cyanotype printing in the dark, a Tamagotchi ‘funeral’, a wardrobe swap and a vinyl show-and-tell.

What to do

01 · For kids

Speech Academy Asia (#03-20) runs a free horror storytelling workshop for ages 6 to 16 from 10am to 5pm. OtterHalf (#03-49) has a free clue hunt, Who Kidnapped Ottie?, from 12pm to 7pm; book ahead. Jadore Studio (#01-44) makes Halloween monster slime for S$25, The Potters’ Guilt (#01-03) runs a monster mug clay session from 5pm to 6pm for ages 6 and up at S$50, and there’s face painting at Arterly Obsessed (#01-06) from 11am to 6pm. Pick up the stamp card early and look for the trick-or-treat signs outside studio doors.

02 · For grown-ups

Arterly Obsessed runs bad-art jamming (S$30, with a drink), a memento mori linocut session (S$15) and cyanotype in the dark from 7pm to 9pm (S$12 to S$25). Poison Studio (#01-08) has bag-charm making and a booked Tamagotchi funeral (S$35). There are flash tattoos at Imagine Tattoo Studio (#01-09) and Deeper Please Tattoo (#02-11) from S$100, Halloween tooth gems at Pixie Toothgem (#03-65D), and a needle-felting workshop at Antinormal (#03-64, S$65). Food is by Paaru, Lavi Taco and a pop-up from The Crossing Edge.

03 · Costumes and the evening

Come dressed up. Kult Yard (#01-54) gives a Best Dressed prize at 6pm, next to a snakes-and-ladders board jet-washed into the courtyard floor. In the evening, Avant Culture Club (#01-60) hosts Saturday Service: Halloween Edition. Bring a record you love, tell its story and play it, ideally dressed as a pop-culture icon or an album cover; entry is S$10, all usable as store credit, and you should arrive by 8pm.
