The National Library Board’s newest pop-up is a Snoopy-themed library inside Plaza Singapura, a few escalator rides above Dhoby Ghaut MRT. It’s free, open until 10pm every day, and it runs for almost a year, so there’s no need to rush. The one date worth planning around is the Peanuts meet-and-greet weekend, 7 to 9 November 2026.

Why go?
It’s a proper NLB library, not a merchandise pop-up: about 10,000 physical and digital children’s books, in a Peanuts-themed space.
Hours run until 10pm daily, later than most children’s libraries, so it works after dinner or after school.
It’s in a mall that sits on an MRT interchange, so it’s an easy rainy-day stop to pair with lunch or errands in town.
What to do
01 · Getting in
Entry is free, but this is a staffed library, so you get in by scanning an NRIC, Singpass, a student card or an NLB eCard, or by using a QR day pass. Tourists and visitors without an NLB account should check NLB’s page for the day-pass option before going.
02 · What’s inside
NLB says the pop-up holds around 10,000 physical and digital children’s books, set out in a Snoopy and Peanuts-themed space on Level 3. Treat it like any branch: browse, read in, or borrow with your library account.
03 · The Peanuts meet-and-greet weekend
Snoopy, Charlie Brown and Lucy are scheduled to appear on 7, 8 and 9 November 2026, with sessions at 11am, 2pm and 4pm. Expect queues on those days and check NLB’s channels for how places are allocated before you go.
