Dates: 29 Oct – 1 Nov 2026 · Thu to Sun 11am to 6pm
Most art shows happen in white-walled galleries. No Straight Lines happens in someone’s living room. A collector has opened their condo near Orchard to show 13 contemporary artists from Singapore and abroad, and it’s on for just four more days. You register, take your shoes off at the door and keep your voice down.

Why go?
It’s a rare look at art the way collectors live with it, hung around a real home rather than a gallery.
It’s a proper curated show: 13 artists from six countries exploring how identity is lived, questioned and reimagined, curated by Justin Low and produced by Chua Chingyi, with an essay by writer Daryl Qilin Yam.
It’s small, quiet and booked by date, so it never feels like a crowded museum.
What to do
01 · Register for a date first
Pick a date on the Luma page (29, 30, 31 October or 1 November). The exact location is shared only with registered guests.
02 · Follow the house rules
The hosts ask visitors to keep noise down, take their shoes off before going in and note that the toilet isn’t available for visitors. Plan a stop at a mall nearby before or after.
03 · Ask about the works
The show is built around the idea that few lives unfold in straight lines. The hosts list their phone numbers on the Luma page for visit questions.
