PAssion Wave @ Jurong Lake Gardens is a People’s Association water sports centre in the Lakeside Garden. NParks calls it western Singapore’s first waterfront facility for all ages. You can rent sit-on-top or closed-deck kayaks and pedal boats, and try dragon boating. Pair a paddle with a walk round Jurong Lake Gardens.

What to do
01 · Rent a kayak
Sit-on-top and closed-deck kayaks are both available here. Closed-deck kayaks at reservoir outlets need at least a 1-star certificate.
Until 31 December 2026, PAssion, NTUC and SAFRA cardholders get 1-for-1 kayak rental; register online and bring your card.
02 · Take a pedal boat
Pedal boats are available for families and anyone who wants a gentle hour on the lake.
03 · Walk the gardens after
The centre is in the Lakeside Garden of Jurong Lake Gardens, so you can add a walk round the lake afterwards (suggestion).

- Rentals run Wednesday to Sunday; the centre is closed on Mondays and public holidays.
- Check the onePA page for session times and fees before you go; they are set per month.
- Wear covered or water shoes (suggestion).
- Check the haze and weather before you go: in October 2026 some outdoor programmes in Singapore were closed or cut short because of haze.
