Night Hawk is a small cocktail bar on Tanjong Pagar Road, inspired by the sense of urban alienation in Edward Hopper’s painting Nighthawks. It takes walk-ins only, so there’s no booking: call to check for space. It opened in May 2022 and won a design award from Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2023.

What to do
01 · Walk in
There are no reservations. Call +65 9666 0928 to check for space before you arrive.
02 · Order the signature
50 Best says the drinks are classics with modern twists. The signature Nighthawk blends vodka, a bespoke syrup and coffee, a riff on an espresso martini.
03 · Look at the room
50 Best says the 22-seat space has fold-away seats and back-bar fridges that slide away. It won the Bareksten Best Bar Design Award at Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2023.
