AIA HYROX Singapore 2026 at Singapore EXPO: four days of fitness racing, 26 to 29 November

Dates: 26–29 Nov 2026 · waves from morning; last start around 8pm, ends about 10pm

HYROX is a fitness race in which everyone does the same thing: eight 1km runs, each followed by a workout station. The Singapore edition, sponsored by AIA, fills Singapore EXPO from 26 to 29 November 2026. Race solo in Open or Pro, in doubles, or in a four-person relay; there’s also an Adaptive division.

Why go?

It’s one of the biggest mass-participation fitness races in Singapore, with divisions for most levels.

Doubles and relays make it a good group goal.

What to do

01 · The race format

Every racer does 8 x 1km of running, with a workout station after each run. Choose HYROX Open or Pro solo, Doubles or Doubles Pro with a partner, or a four-person relay.

HYROX’s provisional schedule runs waves from the morning; the last wave of each day is expected to start at around 8pm.

02 · Which day is which

Thursday 26 November: Open, Adaptive and doubles waves. Friday 27 November adds Men and Women Pro, with corporate relays in the evening.

Saturday 28 November: Men Open and Adaptive in the morning, doubles in the afternoon, then Doubles Men Pro and relays in the evening. Sunday 29 November starts with Doubles Women Open; the schedule is provisional, so check the event page. AIA HYROX Youngstars, a race format for 8 to 15 year olds, runs on 28 and 29 November.

03 · Going to watch

Spectators need a spectator ticket for any day they’re not racing. HYROX says AIA Singapore offers participants and spectators complimentary AIA Protect 360 accident cover (terms apply). For training ideas, see our CrossFit drop-in guide.
